This option is not restricted to the Experts group. Only one active request is recorded per topic.

Each deposit is a complete snapshot of the scientific section of the forum, rather than an archive limited to topics for which a request was submitted. Requests are processed automatically on a schedule, with no guaranteed publication time. The data included and the exclusions are described in the privacy policy.

The author may request that their topic be temporarily hidden if it has already been published and approved and contains only its opening message, with no replies, including unapproved replies or replies retained as deleted. The topic has therefore been public before being hidden. While awaiting publication, it remains accessible to its author and the relevant administrators or moderators. Public visibility is restored after publication on Zenodo is confirmed, provided that no modification or moderation action prevents automatic restoration.

The requester may withdraw their request and end the temporary hiding, subject to moderation safeguards. Withdrawal does not change an archive that has already been prepared or remove a public topic from the general scientific scope. Withdrawing the last active request does, however, block automatic publication of the corresponding attempt.

Later modification or deletion on the forum does not automatically remove information from a version already published on Zenodo.

Translation, moderation, and automated assistance

The website and forum may use automated or AI-assisted tools to support certain functions, including translation, moderation, content classification assistance, consistency checks, or administrative assistance.
